The Kundalini Aquarian Sadhana is a series of spiritual exercises performed daily in the 2.5 hours before sunrise, rooted in the concept of karma, which suggests that what we send out into the world is returned to us in amplified form. This practice enriches each day with blessings following each morning session. Named for its alignment with the Aquarian Age, the astrological era we are currently in, this practice aims to support humanity’s transition through this time. The Kundalini Aquarius Sadhana unfolds in four stages: initial preparation, recitation of Sikh prayers, a series of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and chanting of Aquarius mantras.
