Experience profound relaxation with our Deep Rest offering, a harmonious blend of 45 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra.

Following this, you’ll transition into Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation that takes you into a state of conscious relaxation. Here, you’ll be led into a deep state of rest where your mind and body can rejuvenate, fostering healing and self-discovery.
Recognising that our Kundalini Activation sessions embody a vibrant, yang energy, we intentionally weave in Deep Rest as a form of yin to bring balance to our studio.
