BODY PUMP

Step into a high energy, full body workout that strengthens, sculpts, and empowers you from the inside out. Body Pump is our music driven strength training class using light to moderate weights with high repetitions  the perfect balance of intensity, precision, and fun.

We’ve intentionally added this class to The Freebird schedule as a dynamic, strength-building complement to the deeper energetic work we offer. As we expand energetically, we also strengthen the physical temple of the body  so it can hold, carry, and integrate more light, vitality, and life force.

Our 45 and 60-minute Les Mills BODYPUMP sessions follow the globally renowned format, targeting every major muscle group. Using barbells and motivating music, you’ll tone, build muscular endurance, and increase your overall fitness in a supportive, motivating environment.

Led by the dynamic and encouraging Yvette, each class focuses on proper form, safe progression, and a welcoming atmosphere for all levels  from first-timers to seasoned movers. Expect an upbeat playlist, an empowering group vibe, and a workout that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and ready for anything.
